Krapivtsev Capital operates from Dubai under DED License #1618146. Corporate and licensing documentation can be requested as part of counterparty due diligence.

Our brokerage services

We work across commodity markets, with a particular focus on gold and oil. Our role includes finding buyers and suppliers, negotiating terms and helping move existing deals forward when the parties are struggling to reach agreement.

Each engagement begins by defining the product, quantity, location and timing. We then help align the offer and requirement, clarify responsibilities and document the commercial basis on which the parties intend to proceed.

Transaction coordination

Product documentation, inspection requirements, delivery conditions and payment arrangements need to be considered together. We coordinate these discussions so that the commercial agreement reflects the intended movement of goods and the agreed settlement process.

Commission, scope of representation and payment triggers are agreed in writing. Escrow or prepayment arrangements, where contemplated, are discussed for the specific mandate and require agreement between the participating parties.

Worldwide service. UAE presence.

Based in Dubai, Krapivtsev Capital provides brokerage services within the United Arab Emirates and worldwide. We support domestic UAE requirements alongside cross-border buying and selling mandates, without limiting our services to a fixed list of countries.

For a UAE transaction, discussions focus on product location, local delivery or collection, documentation and settlement. For international trade, the mandate also addresses origin, destination, shipping responsibilities, inspection and the documents required by the parties.
